Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman/Woman Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various industrial and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of electrical infrastructure, supporting ongoing renovation projects and new construction initiatives.

Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately install and troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Train and lead apprentices as they learn and develop their new skills
- Install wiring, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, and other electrical components in new construction or renovation sites.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on industrial electrical equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during installation, repair, or upgrade tasks.
- Perform renovations by upgrading existing electrical infrastructure to meet current codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as plumbers or carpenters to complete integrated projects seamlessly.
Experience
- Proven experience as a licensed Journeyman/Woman Electrician in industrial or commercial environments.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and electrical codes applicable to industrial settings.
- Familiarity with construction processes, renovation projects, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately for troubleshooting purposes.
- Experience working with handyman tasks related to electrical repairs or upgrades is a plus.
- Prior involvement in projects requiring adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.
- Proven experience leading a team during the construction process.
