We are looking for an Intern Architect (IAP) or Junior Architect who wishes to grow within a passionate, multidisciplinary, and committed team.

Curious, open-minded, and eager to learn, you will contribute to stimulating projects while rapidly developing your autonomy through mentorship and guidance from recognized architects.

Key Responsibilities

You will be called upon to: :

- Participate in all phases of projects, from studies and concept design through construction and site administration.
- Contribute to research, analysis,



and the development of architectural concepts.
- Collaborate with clients, communities, consultants, and project partners.
- Participate in the preparation of contract documents, budget estimates, and tender packages.
- Assist in the production and coordination of technical models and documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Help resolve technical issues and propose creative solutions adapted to project contexts.
- Contribute to the integration of sustainable design, resilience, and responsible design best practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing meeting documents, minutes, and follow-ups with various stakeholders.
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Assist the project team during the construction administration phase.
- Contribute to reviewing construction work for compliance with contract documents.

Your Profile What We Are Looking For :

- Solid interest in Indigenous architecture, northern design, or projects in remote communities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Registered Architect with the OAQ or OAA, or eligible for registration.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent proficiency in Revit.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in French; functional or advanced English is considered an asset.
- Driver's licence is considered an asset.
