Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our dynamic construction team. In this entry-level role, you will assist in preparing accurate project estimates by analyzing plans, specifications, and other project documentation. Your energetic approach and eagerness to learn will contribute to delivering competitive bids and supporting successful project execution.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in construction estimating, project management, and pricing strategies within a collaborative environment.

Duties:

· Assist with preparing estimates and pricing for construction projects

· Review drawings, plans, and specifications

· Obtain and compare material and subcontractor pricing

· Prepare quantity takeoffs and assist with bid submissions

· Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors,



and project team members

· Maintain organized estimating files and project information

· Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

· Previous construction or estimating experience is an asset

· Ability to read and understand construction drawings

· Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods

· Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

· Must be punctual and reliable

· Good computer skills

· Must have good communication skills

· Must be willing to learn and work in a team workplace

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
