Key Responsibilities - Ensure procurement activities are carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions negotiated by the Buyer with suppliers; - Manage daily communication and follow-up with suppliers and subcontractors; - Maintain optimal inventory levels for parts and materials; - Maintain and update MRP/Kanban parameters to optimize inventory levels, costs,



and supply reliability; - Respond to supplier inquiries and communicate any changes that may impact orders; - Ensure continuous follow-up on purchase orders through to delivery; - Participate in the monitoring and continuous improvement of internal processes; - Take the necessary actions in response to unforeseen events (e.g., production stoppages) to maintain a high level of service; - Coordinate activities between the Production Planner and various subcontractors and recommend scheduling adjustments when necessary; - Participate in the production planning process; - Act as a backup for the Production Planner during their absence.

Assets What You

Need to Succeed - Education or training in procurement, supply chain, or production planning; - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position; - Manufacturing experience is essential; - Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management systems; - Experience with ERP software; - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Kanban; - Robust initiative, autonomy, and sound judgment; - Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
