Responsibilities

- Provide qualified hair styling services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening, offering advice, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
- Support front desk operations by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing client check-ins.
- Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare tips, and product usage to foster trust and satisfaction.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure the salon runs smoothly and efficiently throughout each shift.

Experience

- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Completion of a post-secondary hairstyling program is required.
- Strong communication skills to connect confidently with diverse clients and team members.
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for beauty, fashion, and helping others look their best.
