- Ensure all kitchen areas are kept spotless through thorough cleaning of dishes, utensils, cookware, and work surfaces.

- Maintain high standards of food handling safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
- Support the storage and rotation of stock to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Help with the disposal of waste and recycling materials in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Support the setup and breakdown of service areas during busy meal times, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts.




- Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and assisting colleagues as needed.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and food safety standards.
