C&C; Insurance is a busy, customer-focused brokerage that takes pride in providing exceptional service and attention to detail. As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a full-time Insurance Advisor to our team at our Burnaby location near North Road.

Job Information:

The candidate selected for this position will be carrying out work including, but not limited to the following:

- Assisting with ICBC transactions and related duties such as batching, inventory management, and following up on renewals
- Assisting with Personal Lines inquiries, renewals, and follow-ups (House, Condo, Tenant, and Travel Insurance)
- Educating customers by providing the correct insurance product for their needs
- Data entry, scanning, filing, and collating using our Applied Epic Software
- Other miscellaneous administrative duties
- Any other job-related tasks as required by management
- This job-posting will be primarily based out of our Langley Location, but will give preference to flexibility to work out of our location in Burnaby.

- 8 hour shift (Monday to Friday)
- Flexible schedule
- Full-Time position
- Work Saturdays as required

Education

- Secondary School




- Must have a Level 1 Insurance License or be willing to obtain a level 1 license (we will provide all materials / reimburse examination and licensing costs subject to conditions)

Experience

- Data entry
- Customer service experience
- Previous experience in the Insurance Industry with Applied Epic/Policycenter considered an asset
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office setting

Language

- Ability to communicate in Korean (Strongly Preferred)
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
