Responsibilities

- Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment to support project workflows
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and safety barriers
- Perform manual tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials in accordance with safety guidelines
- Support team members in operating basic tools and machinery under supervision
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or issues needing attention
- Collaborate with supervisors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects





Skills

- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and the importance of maintaining a safe workspace
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or industrial settings is a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for supporting transportation needs on-site
