Job Overview

We are recruiting candidates to join our team for upcoming barbed wire fencing work. We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

- Labourers
- Equipment Operators

These positions will support fencing operations, including the installation of barbed wire fencing and related site work. Previous fencing experience is preferred.

Labourer Responsibilities

- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of barbed wire fencing.
- Handle and transport fencing materials, posts, wire, and tools.
- Assist with setting fence posts and installing and tensioning barbed wire.
- Safely operate hand and power tools.
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment at the worksite.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all Company safety procedures and safe work practices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Equipment Operator (Tractor) Responsibilities

- Safely operate equipment used in fencing operations.
- Operate post-pounding equipment for fence installation.
- Operate tractors and other equipment as required.
- Perform pre-operational inspections and report equipment maintenance or repair requirements.
- Assist with barbed wire fencing installation and related site activities as required.
- Follow all Company safety procedures and safe work practices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Previous barbed wire fencing experience is strongly preferred.
- A farming or agricultural background is considered an asset.
- Previous labour or construction experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience with barbed wire fencing is preferred.
- Experience operating post-pounding equipment is strongly preferred.
- Previous tractor operating experience is strongly preferred.
- A farming or agricultural background is considered an asset.




- Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test, including cannabis.
