CILTD seeks a skilled Landscaping Construction Team Lead/Operator to oversee project execution while ensuring deadlines and safety standards are met. This full time role supports labor and equipment organization for successful project completion. As the Landscaping Construction Team Lead, you'll direct work activities and manage personnel while ensuring projects run smoothly and within budget.

Your expertise in grading, heavy equipment operation, and blueprints will be vital. You will guide crew members and maintain stringent safety and cleanliness standards across job sites. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute and plan Landscape Construction project activities
- Manage safety, quality, and productivity at sites
- Delegate tasks effectively to crew members
- Operate heavy equipment and complete grading tasks
- Enforce compliance with safety standards and regulations Requirements:
- Grade twelve diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum three years in Landscape Construction
- Three years supervisory experience required
- Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License
