We are seeking part time Line Cooks to join our culinary team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about food preparation and committed to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Are you a student under 19? We participate in the youth in the trades program that gets you credits towards graduation and a scholarship!

Responsibilities

- Be reliable and consistent
- Prepare ingredients for menu items following standard recipes
- Cook and plate menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow stocking and cleaning checklists

Experience:
- Previous experience in food preparation, meal preparation
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and kitchen operations




- Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from superiors

We offer competitive wages (based on experience), vacation pay, and gratuities as well as extended medical and dental if you work more than 25 hours a week. Weekend availability is mandatory.
