We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laser cutting equipment to produce exact metal components according to specifications. Your expertise will ensure high-quality production, efficient workflow, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Set up laser cutting machines, including CNC laser systems, by interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Operate CNC laser cutting equipment to produce accurate cuts on various metals and materials.
- Program CNC laser machines using CAD/CAM software to optimize cutting paths and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration on laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, gauges, and other measurement tools to verify quality against specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings,
and mechanical diagrams for accurate production.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Proficiency in CNC laser cutting, CNC programming, and CNC milling machines.
- Experience with plasma cutting, press brake machines, CNC lathes, and machining tools.
- Knowledge of welding techniques and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and perform basic math calculations for measurements.
- Mechanical aptitude with hands-on skills using hand tools and calipers for quality inspection.
- Familiarity with forklift operation and crane handling for material movement is a plus.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and assembly procedures in manufacturing environments.
