Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and architect end-to-end Anaplan planning solutions.
- Lead Anaplan model building, optimization, integration, and deployment.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Define solution architecture, governance, security, and performance strategies.
- Integrate Anaplan with ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, and enterprise systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor Anaplan model builders.
- Support testing, deployment, training, and post-production activities.

Must-Have Skills:

- 8+ years in EPM/Planning solutions with strong Anaplan expertise.




- Experience with complex Anaplan models and enterprise planning.
- Strong knowledge of FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, workforce, and operational planning.
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan Data Hub, ALM, Model Building, and Solution Architecture.
- Robust stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Good to Have:

- Anaplan Solution Architect / Master Anaplanner certification.
- Azure, Azure Databricks, ETL, APIs.
- SAP, Oracle, or other ERP integration experience.
