Garage Floors 4 Less is growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced Lead Epoxy Floor Technician who knows how to produce high-quality work and lead from the front.

This is not an entry-level position.

We’re looking for someone who already understands concrete preparation, grinding, crack repair, epoxy systems, polyaspartic coatings, flake systems, mixing, application, cleanup, and jobsite quality control.

What you’ll do

- Lead residential and commercial floor coating installations
- Prepare concrete using grinders and dust-control equipment
- Repair cracks, pits, and damaged concrete
- Mix and apply epoxy and polyaspartic coating systems
- Install decorative flake systems
- Keep jobs organized, clean, and on schedule
- Lead and train junior technicians
- Maintain company tools and equipment
- Complete jobsite quality-control checks
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Help us build a winning installation team

What we’re looking for:
- Previous epoxy, resinous flooring, concrete coating, or similar installation experience
- Robust concrete preparation skills
- Experience using grinders and surface-preparation equipment
- Ability to lead a small crew
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable and on time
- Good communication
- Valid driver’s licence
- Comfortable with physical work
