We are an evangelical congregation shaped by the historic Brethren movement—committed to Scripture, discipleship, and a sincere Christ-centered fellowship. Our worship is easy and heartfelt, our community life is warm and relational, and our vision is to grow in spiritual maturity and mission. We hold to believer’s baptism and the authority of God’s Word as our foundation.

Our Pastoral Vision

We are seeking a born-again, spiritually mature male evangelical pastor who embodies humility, integrity, and a shepherd’s heart. The ideal candidate will be able to honor our plurality of elder leadership while leading with clarity and compassion in a modern ministry context.

We are looking for someone who:

· Demonstrates a vibrant personal walk with Christ

· Preaches and teaches Scripture with clarity, depth, and practical application

· Leads with relational warmth, emotional intelligence, and steady spiritual guidance

· Encourages discipleship and equips believers for ministry

· Works collaboratively with elders and ministry leaders

· Communicates effectively across generations

· Values congregational participation and shared ministry

Primary Shared Responsibilities

· The pastor will be responsible to lead and promote the vision of the elders for the congregation.

· The pastor will be responsible, along with the other preaching elders,



to oversee and provide the main Bible teaching.

· The pastor, with the elders, will continue to develop and implement a plan for the ethos and function of small groups in the congregation.

· The pastor will oversee the office staff and ministry leaders along with the elders.

· The pastor will provide pastoral care, visitation, and spiritual counseling

· The pastor will support mentoring and equipping ministry volunteers

· The pastor will support healthy church governance and decision-making

· The pastor will support ongoing small group facilitation

Qualifications

· Born-again believer with a mature Christian testimony

· Alignment with evangelical doctrine and the authority of Scripture

· Theological training

· Experience and heart for pastoral ministry

· Strong communication, fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills

· Ability to lead with humility, clarity, and compassion
