You will leverage 3-5 years of experience in procurement and construction law to provide legal advice, draft contracts, and mentor staff.

Your role is vital for upholding compliance and promoting effective procurement strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice on procurement and construction matters
- Draft and negotiate various legal documents and contracts
- Advise on procurement strategy and administrative processes
- Support capital project teams with delivery issues
- Mentor staff and create training materials Requirements:
- License to practise law in Ontario
- 3–5 years of experience in relevant legal fields
- Knowledge of procurement principles and construction law
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
