Ferguson Deacon Taws LLP seeks a full-time legal support staff member. The hours of work for the position are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm for a 35-hour work week. The qualified candidate must be professional, very client oriented and able to multi-task in a busy law firm. This is an entry-level position.

The potential candidate would be responsible for:

· Receiving phone calls and directing calls;

· Scheduling appointments;

· Data Entry;

· Opening and Closing files;

·Scanning and Organization of file notes;

· Client Management;

Skills/Qualifications

· Experience within an office environment;

· Robust oral and written communications skills;

· Experience with answering phone calls;

· Experience with Microsoft office products;





- Robust organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team;
- Results and detail oriented with a positive outlook;
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a high paced law firm
