Licensed Strata Manager

Century 21 Queenswood Realty Ltd. is a small, family-owned real estate, property management, and strata management company located in Cadboro Bay. We are looking for an organized, service-minded, Licensed Strata Manager who wants to grow with our company.

The Strata Manager role encompasses overseeing administrative tasks vital strata operations. Responsibilities include working with strata councils, financial management, maintenance coordination, overseeing meetings, and managing communications. You will work closely with our experienced Licensed Strata Management team, gaining practical exposure to the full scope of our services.

Details:

- Full-time position
- Strata Property Managers are required to be on call for emergencies, which includes evenings, overnight, and weekends
- Work-from-home opportunities may be available once training is completed
- Salary range of $40,000 to $70,000 based on level of experience.

The Ideal Applicant:

- Licensed Strata Manager
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills




- Positive attitude, patience, and work ethic
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently as needed
- Excellent typing skills and knowledge of computer systems including: various management software systems (such as PowerStrata and Buildium), Microsoft Office, and Google Suites.

Relevant Experience:

- Strata managment
- Office administration and record-keeping
- Property, building, or facilities management
- Coordinating repairs, contractors, and maintenance
- Accounting, budgeting, invoicing, or bookkeeping
- Insurance claims and risk management.

Requirements:

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Strata Property Management License
- Successful completion of a criminal record check
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage a diverse portfolio of stratas
- Daily administrative duties
- Resolve issues, mediate conflicts, and communicate effectively
- Review financials, prepare budgets, and approve invoices
- Attend meetings and fulfill strata council action items
- Foster positive working relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members.
