About the Position

As a Life Coach with Libramente, you will provide one-on-one and potentially group coaching services to clients referred to you through our clinic.

You do not need to build your own client base from scratch. Libramente will support you by providing client referrals, marketing, administrative support, and access to our online practice platform.

This position is a great opportunity for a coach who wants to grow their practice while being part of a multidisciplinary team of therapists and wellness professionals.

You will have the flexibility of working remotely while having the support and infrastructure of an established online clinic.

What You'll Do

- Provide individual life coaching sessions to clients referred through Libramente.
- Facilitate group coaching sessions as opportunities become available.
- Help clients identify meaningful personal and professional goals.
- Support clients in developing practical, achievable strategies to create positive change.
- Help clients build confidence, self-awareness, motivation, healthy habits, and personal resilience.
- Support clients through life transitions and other personal-development goals within your scope of practice.
- Use a client-centred, strengths-based, and empowering coaching approach.
- Maintain appropriate and timely client documentation through Libramente's online platform.
- Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with clients and the Libramente team.
- Recognize when a client's needs fall outside the scope of life coaching and appropriatelyrecommend referral to a qualified professional.
- Participate in team meetings and internal professional development opportunities asapplicable.
- Uphold Libramente's policies, values, and standards of professional conduct

Qualifications Required

- Formal training and/or certification in life coaching from a recognized coaching program.
- Experience providing life coaching or working in a coaching, mentoring, wellness,personal development, or related role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Ability to build trusting and professional relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinaryteam.
- Comfortable providing services virtually (and/or willing to learn).
- Strong understanding of professional boundaries, confidentiality, and the distinctionbetween life coaching and psychotherapy.
- Commitment to practicing within your education, training, experience, and scope of practice.

Strongly Preferred Qualifications

- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Experience working with women and/or LGBTQ+ communities.
- Experience working with diverse and multicultural populations.
- Experience supporting clients with confidence, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions,personal growth, or wellness goals.
- Additional education or training in psychology, counselling, social services, wellness,education, or a related field.




- Experience facilitating groups, workshops, or online programs.

Compensation

This is an independent contractor position.

For coaching services provided through Libramente, the contractor will receive 49% of the applicable session revenue, with 51% retained by Libramente to support client acquisition, marketing, administration, platform costs, and clinic operations.

Additional details regarding session rates, payment schedules, cancellations, no-shows, client referrals, and contractor responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process and outlined in the Independent Contractor Agreement.

As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own applicable taxes, professional expenses, insurance, certifications, registrations, and other obligations associated with your contractor status.

Scope of Practice

Life coaching at Libramente focuses on personal growth, goal-setting, skill development, and wellness and is distinct from psychotherapy and other regulated mental health services.





Life coaches are expected to practice within their education, training, experience, and professional scope. The role does not include diagnosing or treating mental health disorders or providing psychotherapy unless the individual is separately qualified and contracted by Libramente to provide those services.

Coaches must be able to recognize when a client's needs extend beyond the scope of life coaching and follow Libramente's referral and safety procedures.
