As a Kitchen Supervisor / Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of taste and presentation. Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food handling procedures.

Skills





- Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food handling practices.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including grills, ovens, fryers, and knives.
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- A passion for cooking and creating high-quality meals that exceed guest expectations.
