Duties

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food handling procedures meet safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, portioning, and plating dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout shifts
- Support food service operations by serving dishes promptly and accurately




- Follow proper food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure quality
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service in a lively restaurant setting

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Experience in a fast-paced environment demonstrating efficiency under pressure
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests
- Basic understanding of serving procedures and customer service expectations in the food industry
