We are a growing general construction company seeking a reliable and motivated Loader Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate loaders and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform general construction labour tasks as required
- Load/unload materials and assist with site preparation and cleanup
- Follow all health and safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

- Previous loader or heavy equipment operation experience is a strong asset
- Must be willing and able to perform physical labour
- Valid driver’s licence preferred
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
- Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
