Summary:

The Lot Attendant supports daily dealership operations by maintaining vehicle and lot cleanliness, organizing inventory, monitoring vehicle condition, and ensuring accurate documentation. No prior dealership experience is required — just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the drive to learn, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is where a long-term career in the automotive industry begins.

Major Responsibilities:

- Assist with tire inventory, moving tires to the assigned storage area;
- Actively maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and lot;
- Ensure the cleanliness of the shop;
- Monitor vehicles for damages and blemishes;
- Park and arrange vehicles in assigned spaces to maximize lot efficiency and space;
- Change license plates as required;
- Ensure all documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner;
- Additional duties assigned.

Growth & Development:

- Learn how the dealership runs across all departments;
- Access mentorship from leaderships across all of our departments ranging from sales, parts,



service and admin.

Qualifications:

- Ability to lift, lower, hold, and carry light to heavy loads;
- Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record;
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude;
- Self-motivating with an excellent work ethic;
- Loves a fast pace setting;
- Eagerness to learn the automotive business and grow within the dealership.

Compensation:

- Expected compensation range: $18 an hour + 4% vacation pay
- The range may vary based on experience and qualifications
- This role is eligible for OT
