Logistics & Warehouse Manager
Full- Time, Year-Round, Based on Experience

The Logistics & Warehouse Manager is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing all warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing, and delivery logistics. This role ensures service and project teams have the right materials, equipment, and chemicals delivered on time, safely, and efficiently. The Logistics & Warehouse Manager also oversees delivery drivers and warehouse staff, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing equipment, chemicals, and materials.
- Manage inventory levels, perform regular audits, and implement systems to track usage, prevent shortages, and control costs.
- Coordinate purchasing of materials, chemicals, and equipment to meet operational needs
- Supervise delivery driver(s) and warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, performance management, and safety compliance.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols, including chemical storage and handling
- Plan and coordinate deliveries and pickups to job sites, ensuring timely and safe transport of materials
- Collaborate with service and construction teams to anticipate material needs, prevent delays, and optimize workflow
- Answer telephones, and customer emails promptly; provide updates to clients on backordered materials; process incoming orders
- Schedule deliveries accordingly
- Problem solve logistical issues
- Manage the filling of chlorine containers, and next day deliveries
- Proper/safe storage of items in warehouse
- Receiving deliveries, and ensuring all items have been received
- Assisting walk-in customers with their questions or purchases
- Vehicle inspections & maintenance
- Ensuring supply contracts with clients are being followed
- Responsible for locking warehouse and setting alarm at the end of each day
Required Competencies:
- University Degree and/or College Diploma an asset
- Strong oral, written and organizational skills required for fast paced work environment
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Power Point, Internet, Microsoft Outlook
- Aquatics experience an asset
- Bilingualism in English/French an asset
- Forklift Certification
Required Experience:
- 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in construction, facilities services, or industrial operations.
- Experience managing warehouse staff and delivery drivers.
- Strong inventory management and purchasing skills, including tracking, forecasting, and cost control.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety and chemical handling regulations.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) safely and efficiently.
Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44.0 per week
Work Location: In person
