We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lot Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the lot is organized and clean while providing exceptional guest services to enhance the customer experience. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will play a crucial role in maintaining our dealership's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot.
- Ensure that all vehicles are parked in an orderly fashion and are easily accessible for customers and staff.
- Monitor inventory levels of vehicles on the lot and report any discrepancies.
- Support sales staff by preparing vehicles for test drives and deliveries.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for guests.

Skills

- Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required.
- Robust guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Job Type: Full-time
