- Provide patient-centered care within multidisciplinary teams
- Assess and evaluate patient needs and interventions
- Support families in understanding care processes

- Accredited practical nurse education program completion
- Active or eligible registration with CLHA
- Experience in acute and emergency care
- Current BCLS certification
