- Wage increases at 1500hours worked

Ourresidence is designed around small neighbourhoods of 16–17 suites, creating acomfortable home-like environment where residents build meaningfulrelationships with their caregivers and neighbours. Thisneighbourhood model allows our team to provide personalized, resident-centeredcare while fostering familiarity, comfort, and connection.

PositionSummary: TheLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct resident care, medicationadministration, and clinical support within our neighbourhood care model. CasualLPNs support the care teams across day, evening, and night shifts whileensuring residents receive protected, compassionate, and high-quality care. Thisrole works collaboratively with care aides, fellow nurses, and leadership tosupport resident wellbeing and maintain clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities Resident Care

- Administer medications safely andaccurately
- Monitor resident health status andreport changes appropriately
- Encourage residents to maintainindependence whenever possible
- Ensure residents receive appropriately nutrition and hydration Care Team Support:
- Provide leadership anddirection to care aides during shifts




- Delegate tasksappropriately and support team collaboration
- Assist with staffingcoordination when required Documentation & Communication:
- Complete electronicdocumentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure resident careneeds and outcomes are properly recorded
- Communicate residentupdates to team members and leadership Resident Engagement:
- Provide companionshipand meaningful interaction with residents
- Support residents inmaintaining a sense of purpose and belonging
- Promote a positive and respectful environment for residents and families Safety & Quality Care:
- Follow safetyprotocols for residents and team members
- Support infectionprevention and control practices
- Identify and reportsafety concerns or clinical risks Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)registration with BCCNP in good standing
- Criminal Record Check – VulnerableSector
- Current First Aid / CPR Certification
- WHMIS Certification Experience:
- Experience supportingresidents with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease preferred
- Graduation from anaccredited Practical Nursing Program
