Saputo Inc. is seeking a Legal Counsel, Mergers & Acquisitions to be based at our Corporate Head Office in Montreal. You will support the corporate development team on acquisitions, divestitures, and related financings, collaborating with internal and external counsel across multiple jurisdictions. You will contribute to developing strategy, supervise external counsel, and help manage transaction lifecycles from start to finish in a fast-paced workplace.

A remote-work day per week is possible.
