Permacon is seeking a Full Time Machine Operator for its Milton plant. The role requires rotating dayshift/nightshift or weekends as needed. You will operate MAS1 wetside, strapping and wrapping machines, and manage setup changes while ensuring quality and proper curing of products. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in manufacturing, a high school diploma, and mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge. Must pass a mechanical aptitude test and adhere to safety protocols.
