Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the Machine Operator oversees the smooth running of the manufacturing process to produce according to the company's quality and quantity requirements. - Perform equipment inspections and cleaning according to procedures.
- Adjust equipment to meet specifications.
- Verify product quality according to established standards.
- Enter production data into computerized management systems.
- Perform first-level maintenance tasks.
- Ensure proper communication and transition of information between teams.
- Suggest measures to improve production activities and occupational health and safety.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned THE SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR YourEducation :
- High school diploma.

YourExperience

- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Machine Operator.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.




- Experience in a Team Leader position (An asset).

- Knowledge of machine controls and automation.
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance (An asset).
- Experience in reporting results, working with the ERP system (An asset).
- Knowledge of the French language (An asset).
