Maintenance Technician

RYCO Properties Ltd. is currently hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to join our team at Marlborough Mall. If you have an ability to diagnose issues, identify solutions and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, this opportunity is perfect for you!

As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility is to perform day-to-day maintenance tasks and customer service duties as required to keep the property operating in a first-class manner, while ensuring it remains safe, clean, and presentable at all times.

Duties include, however, are not limited to:

- Performing daily property inspections and promptly reporting repair needs
- Conducting minor property repairs and maintenance tasks
- Ensuring property safety and respond to tenant concerns
- Collaborating with contractors,



providing excellent customer service, and assisting in coordinating work with management

If this opportunity sounds interesting to you, you likely have the following attributes:
- 2 years experience in a similar field
- Knowledge of a trade or HVAC, etc. an asset
- Ability to operate power tools & equipment
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic PC skills
