Become the Manager of Corporate Governance and Board Secretariat at YVR, where your leadership will enhance Board operations and governance frameworks in a hybrid work environment. This role focuses on effective governance practices and oversight responsibilities.

Reporting to the Vice President Communications, Setting and Indigenous Relations, you will serve as the senior governance advisor and operational leader. Key responsibilities include maintaining governance frameworks, supporting Board activities, and providing advice on governance issues. You will also support assessments of Board effectiveness and director development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain integrated governance framework and obligations register
- Lead the annual Board and committee work calendar




- Support assessments of Board and individual directors
- Manage governance records and official documentation
- Advise Executive Team on governance materials and practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum seven years in corporate governance roles
- Demonstrated experience advising on Board cycles
- Advanced knowledge of Canadian corporate governance
- Exceptional judgment and communication skills
