We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our coffee shop. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas and kitchen staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing the overall performance of the branch.

Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day operations of the coffee shop branch - Recruit, train, and supervise staff members - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the branch - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a qualified manner - Prepare reports on branch performance - Enforce company policies and procedures - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment Skills - Previous experience in a managerial role,
