Our client in Markham is looking to hire an experienced Manufacturing Engineer. They are seeking someone who has at least 3 years of work experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or as a Process Engineer with an aerospace or automotive manufacturing company.

Location : Markham, Ontario. 100% On Site

Position Type : Full-time, Permanent

Compensation : $80,000 – $95,000 per year

Responsibilities

- Engineer and deploy manufacturing methods, tooling solutions, and production fixtures that support both new product launches and ongoing programs.
- Drive investigations into production or quality disruptions, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to restore stable operations.
- Build, update, and standardize process documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, and control plans that guide consistent manufacturing execution.
- Partner closely with design and engineering teams to ensure products are optimized for efficient and reliable manufacturing (DFM/DFA).
- Contribute to the evaluation, selection, installation, and qualification of capital equipment required for production.




- Assist in diagnosing anomalies encountered during testing or flight activities, supporting structured root‑cause analysis.
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation such as design review packages, test summaries, and requirement‑tracking records.
- Provide training and hands‑on support to production teams as recent processes, tools, or equipment are introduced.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing or Process Engineer while being employed with an aerospace or automotive manufacturing company.
