We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Manufacturing Technician in our 3D Printing and Milling Team in a rapid-paced dental laboratory environment. As a full-service dental lab, we are committed to transforming smiles through cutting-edge technology and exceptional craftsmanship. This full-time role is ideal for someone who remains calm under pressure, adjusts easily to changing schedules, and is driven by quality, precision, and continuous improvement.

This role will primarily support our Milling Team, but you may occasionally need to work in the 3D printing room or support the CAD/CAM team in other roles as required.

Hours may vary based on production needs, so flexibility is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain milling equipment to produce high-quality dental components.
- Prepare, load, and monitor milling jobs according to digital designs and established SOPs.
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy, surface quality, and consistency, ensuring adherence to design and material standards.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment or software issues and report recurring problems to the Team Lead or Production Supervisor.
- Collaborate with other technicians, designers, and departments to ensure smooth case flow and meet production deadlines.

Ideal Candidate:

- Hands-on experience operating milling equipment (Roland, imes i-core, PM7) in a manufacturing or dental lab setting.
- Familiarity with dental CAD/CAM software (3Shape, Exocad, MillBox, etc.) or similar digital manufacturing tools.
- Mechanically inclined and eager to learn new machines, materials, and digital workflows.




- Detail-oriented with strong quality awareness and pride in craftsmanship.
- Reliable and adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communicator and strong team player with a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Proactive mindset with an interest in improving efficiency and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues, perform basic maintenance, and understand machine performance.
- Familiarity with manufacturing materials and how they impact quality, fit, and consistency.
- Educational background in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or a related technical field is preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience in CNC or additive manufacturing environments.

Working conditions

- ·Job requires working in a fast-paced environment and requires doing some tasks that need to be rushed to meet client return times.

Job Type: Full-time

- Monday to Friday
- 8 hours
