Position Summary

We are looking for a creative, organized Marketing Coordinator to support Indaba's general marketing function. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this hands-on role helps coordinate product launches, sales and marketing materials, email campaigns, social media, website content, photography, advertising, and other marketing initiatives across our wholesale, ecommerce, and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Support seasonal product launches, collection storytelling, and brand presentation across wholesale and consumer channels.
- Assist with catalogues, lookbooks, line sheets, showroom and trade-show materials, customer presentations, and other sales tools.
- Prepare product copy, imagery, presentations, and approved digital assets for customers, sales representatives, and key accounts.
- Create wholesale email campaigns, maintain contact lists, and update marketing content in the wholesale CRM.
- Create consumer email campaigns and maintain automated communications in the customer loyalty program.
- Plan and create content for Instagram and Pinterest, including captions, photography, styling, and short-form video.
- Update and merchandise website content in Shopify and Squarespace, including products, collections, landing pages, and promotions.
- Support SEO and website analytics, which may include coordinating an SEO app or outside provider and implementing approved recommendations.
- Create digital advertising assets and assist with campaign coordination across Meta, Google, and other channels as required.
- Prepare product information and imagery for consumer and trade media opportunities.
- Coordinate priorities, revisions, timelines,



and organized marketing files while collaborating with sales and other departments.
- Provide general marketing support and assist with other projects as priorities evolve.

Qualifications

- Post-secondary education or relevant experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
- Experience supporting marketing across wholesale, retail, ecommerce, or consumer channels is an asset.
- Strong writing, proofreading, organizational, and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfort creating content, including basic photography, short-form video, social media, and sales-support materials.
- Experience with website content, email marketing, social media, CRM platforms, advertising, SEO, or analytics is an asset; training and oversight will be provided, and experience with every platform is not required.
- Positive attitude, sound judgment, and a collaborative working style.

Pay: $49,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
