Marketing Coordinator

(Part time, 3 Days/Week; In-Office)

The Whistler Real Estate Company is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to manage all day-to-day corporate marketing initiatives and support our in-house team of 30+ Real Estate Agents.

Reporting directly to ownership, this role seeks someone highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable handling multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in elevating our brand presence while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and professionalism across all marketing touchpoints.

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate all corporate marketing initiatives
- Plan and manage social media content across all platforms
- Update and maintain website content, blogs, and listing platforms
- Create and distribute email marketing campaigns and agent newsletter templates
- Coordinate print and digital advertising schedules and deliverables
- Coordinate marketing for events, sponsorships, and community initiatives
- Create marketing deliverables, using approved design templates, as required




- Prepare monthly and quarterly market reports using internal and external data
- Support agents with listing marketing, onboarding, and branded materials
- Ensure all marketing aligns with brand standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage marketing assets, templates, and vendor relationships
- Maintain marketing budget
- Support overall marketing operations and special projects as needed

What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, real estate, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional written communication
- Strong use of Microsoft Office
- Experience with social media platforms, email platforms, and CMS tools
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
