We are a well-established mechanical contractor serving Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario. You'll price a steady mix of commercial, institutional and residential projects in the region, work with general contractors and suppliers you may already know, and work directly with the people making the decisions. This role suits someone who wants secure, long-term work, room to grow, and the chance to see the projects they estimate get built in their own community.

Experience & Qualifications
- Experience with at least one estimation software in the mechanical industry ( like: McCormick, Trimble Auto bid, Fastpipe, Fastduct or similar).

- Committed to doing great work and always looking for ways to get better at what they do
- Passionate about learning, research, and finding new ways to improve themselves

- Proficient in using Bluebeam, Excel, and email, with strong organizational skills to efficiently manage a large volume of documents.
