- Develop and maintain practice standards for laboratory disciplines
- Act as a Clinical Resource and provide leadership
- Collaborate with local and regional professionals for best practices
- Monitor procedures and implement recent methods
- Lead continuing education and training programs Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Laboratory Science program
- Five years of recent related experience
- Leadership experience of three years
- Certification with CSMLS or CAMLPR
