Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience in managing front desk operations within a busy medical or chiropractic office. This role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional patient service, support clinical staff, and ensure the smooth operation of daily office functions.

Duties

- Greet patients warmly and efficiently manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Schedule appointments accurately using electronic medical records systems such as Aspire
- Verify insurance information, process payments, and handle billing inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks including answering multi-line phone systems, responding to patient inquiries, and managing correspondence.
- Support clinical staff by preparing treatment rooms,



assisting with patient flow, and handling necessary documentation.
- Manage front desk operations to ensure a seamless patient experience while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

- Prior experience as a chiropractic receptionist or medical office assistant is highly desirable.
- Robust knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with dental terminology preferred.
- Demonstrated office experience with multi-line phone systems and administrative support functions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and insurance providers.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, including medical or dental offices, is advantageous but not mandatory.
