Join Our Team as a Mental Health and Addictions Navigator

Tkemlups te Secwepemc is looking for a caring and motivated Mental Health and Addictions Navigator to join our team. In this role you will work closely with community members to help them access the right services resources and support for their mental health and wellness journey. Every day brings an opportunity to create positive change by building trusting relationships listening with compassion and connecting people to the care they need.

What you will do

Provide one on one support to community members facing mental health or substance use challenges

Help individuals understand and access available health social and community services

Work alongside healthcare providers community organizations and families to ensure coordinated care





Develop personalized wellness plans that reflect each persons goals strengths and needs

Offer encouragement advocacy and ongoing guidance throughout the recovery journey

Maintain accurate records while protecting confidentiality and respecting cultural values

Take part in community outreach education and wellness initiatives that promote healthy living

What we are looking for A compassionate qualified who enjoys helping others

Strong communication and relationship building skills The ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team

Experience in mental health addictions social services healthcare or a related field is an asset

Knowledge of Indigenous culture traditions and community based approaches to wellness is valued A commitment to treating everyone with dignity respect and empathy
