Millwork Plant Worker – Various Shifts

Position: Millwork Plant Worker (Multiple Departments & Shifts)

We are hiring General Production Woodworkers, Assembly Line Workers, and Countertop Fabricators to support our 24/7 manufacturing operations.

Requirements:

- Experience in woodworking, construction, manufacturing, or a related hands-on role is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn how to read shop drawings, cut lists, tools, and equipment operation
- Positive attitude, reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication
- Basic troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude are assets
- Ability to lift 50–95 lbs. and complete physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong communication skills & positive attitude.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid BC driver’s license (asset).
- Forklift and WHMIS training provided

Responsibilities:





- Build and assemble commercial millwork, cabinets, and related components
- Operate CNC machinery, edge banders, panel saws, laminate presses, and countertop saws as trained
- Cross-train in different areas of the plant to help keep operations agile and adaptable
- Follow shop drawings, production instructions, and supervisor direction
- Operation of laminate presses and countertop saws.
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout production.
- Keep work areas tidy, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a positive team setting.

Wage Range:

$20–$25 per hour based on experience, with opportunities to grow into various skilled careers

Hours: Possible shifts available depending on department:

12:00am–8:30am, 6:00am–2:30pm, or 2:00pm–12:00am. Training provided.
