Axon is seeking a highly autonomous, field-facing specialist to own customer outcomes within strategic accounts. You will design, build, and ship AI-enabled workflows on site, drive adoption, and iterate based on field feedback.
Expect 3-4 days onsite with leadership engagement and a focus on mission outcomes. You will own end-to-end deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing success, working across Product, Engineering, Support and Sales to transform agency operations.
