Wizcart is looking for a talented, creative, and personable Makeup Artist & Content Creator to join our growing platform in Calgary.

This is more than a traditional makeup artist position. You'll provide professional makeup services through the Wizcart platform while creating engaging content that showcases your work and helps connect clients with beauty professionals.

Choose the Compensation Structure That Works Best for You

We offer two compensation options depending on your preferred work style and earning goals.

PART-TIME / BOOKING-BASED

Guaranteed 4 hours of pay per day + 100% of your booking payments

You receive guaranteed pay for 4 hours each scheduled day, while keeping 100% of the payments from your completed makeup bookings.

You'll also earn content referral commissions:

- $40 for every beauty provider who joins Wizcart through your content
- $20 for every customer who books through your content

This option is ideal for makeup artists who want guaranteed income while having the opportunity to increase their earnings through bookings and content. FULL-TIME / SALARY

Guaranteed salary starting at Alberta minimum wage, with compensation increasing based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.

Under the salary structure, your makeup bookings are part of your salaried position rather than being paid individually.

You'll also earn

- $25 for every beauty provider who joins Wizcart through your content
- $20 for every customer who books through your content

This option is ideal for someone who values the stability of a guaranteed salary while still having opportunities to earn additional income through content.

MAKEUP SERVICES

Depending on your experience and specialties, you may provide a variety of makeup services through Wizcart, including:




- Full-face makeup
- Natural / everyday makeup
- Glam makeup
- Event and party makeup
- Bridal makeup
- Photoshoot makeup
- Prom and graduation makeup
- Special occasion makeup
- Makeup lessons
- Other makeup services offered through the Wizcart platform

You don't need to specialize in every service listed above. We'll match responsibilities with your experience, skills, and specialties.

CONTENT CREATION

Content creation is an important part of this role.

You'll be expected to create approximately 2–3 short-form videos per day showcasing your work and experience with Wizcart.

Content may include

- Makeup transformations
- Before-and-after looks
- Tutorials and makeup tips
- Product recommendations
- Get-ready-with-me content
- Day-in-the-life videos
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Trending makeup looks
- Event and bridal transformations
- Your experience working with Wizcart

No video editing experience is required. You simply record the content, our team handles the editing, production, and publishing.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide professional makeup services to Wizcart customers
- Travel to clients throughout Calgary as required
- Create approximately 2–3 short-form videos per day
- Maintain a professional and positive client experience
- Represent Wizcart professionally on camera and with clients
- Create authentic and engaging beauty content
- Help showcase Wizcart to customers and beauty professionals
- Provide feedback and ideas to improve the beauty experience on the platform




- Participate in occasional promotional events or campaigns
