Join our Mobile Security Team!

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and customer-focused security professional to join our team as a Mobile Security Supervisor (Full-Time).

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for supporting and supervising field staff, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strong client service standards.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and support mobile security staff during assigned shifts
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing coaching to new and current mobile staff regarding patrol procedures and alarm investigations
- Assist with alarm response and building patrols
- Liaise between clients and site staff in emergency situations
- Conduct staff follow-ups regarding performance and disciplinary matters
- Respond to employee emergencies, injuries, or workplace incidents and document accordingly
- Conduct regular patrols, dispatch, and respond to alarms at client properties
- Ensure operational tools, vehicles, and systems are functional; report any maintenance issues
- Coordinate site activity and shift coverage; lead shift briefings
- Provide exceptional customer service and promote a professional company image
- Enforce company policies and procedures as required

Qualifications

- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- At least 3 years of security experience
- A valid BC Security Worker Licence
- Valid Basic First Aid Certification (OFA Level 1 or equivalent)
- Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
- High school diploma is required at a minimum; however, post-secondary education is preferred




- Excellent communication skills (including phone, email and report-writing)
- Strong computer skills (including use of Tracktik software)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and clients
- Strong organizing and planning skills
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Good physical fitness

Reporting Structure

- This position reports directly to the Mobile Operations Manager.
- The successful candidate will be required to regularly interact with all Security Officers and Supervisors, as well as various members of SSRG Management.
