Monthly Maintenance Role

We are opening a new monthly maintenance role at Light Cellar and are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys hands-on work, and has a natural aptitude for troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment maintenance. This role will help support the ongoing care and upkeep of our building, production equipment, and facilities. Responsibilities may include working with equipment such as our stone grinders, freeze dryers, and other tools and systems throughout the business.

The position is expected to involve approximately 6–10 hours per month and can be adaptable around scheduling and availability.

Responsibilities may include:

Preventative maintenance

Basic troubleshooting and repairs

Small improvement or upgrade projects





Equipment inspections and upkeep

Supporting a proactive approach to building and equipment maintenance

Experience with tools, mechanical systems, maintenance, trades, or similar hands-on work is an asset. However, reliability, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn are equally important.
