- Plan daily and weekly work packages for field execution
- Track and enter crew hours to maintain project scope
- Allocate crews and equipment based on project needs
- Conduct field walkdowns to verify job readiness
- Review inspection reports to ensure accuracy and quality Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of NDT experience in an industrial setting
- Relevant NDT certifications required; additional are an asset
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Airtable preferred
