Reports to: Maintenance Manager

This position is to clean all public areas of the hotel. Perform snow removal and salt all sidewalks within the perimeter of the hotel.

· Be able to work night shifts and weekends.

· Maintaining and cleaning of all lobby and downstairs washrooms.

· Maintaining and cleaning of restaurant, lounge, Finn’s Irish Pub and Cold Beer & Wine store.

· Maintaining and cleaning of the entire main lobby and lower lobby

· Maintaining and cleaning banquets and catering lower-level hallways.

· Maintaining and cleaning the elevators

· Maintaining and cleaning all areas in front of the floor elevators, stairways, and doorways

· Completing maintenance requests for guest rooms.

· Shovel snow from walks, driveways, or parking lots and spread salt in those areas

· Operate and maintain snow blowers, and sidewalk sweeper





· Maintaining and cleaning all areas in front of the floor elevators, stairways, and doorways

· Sweep and wash the kitchen floor.

· Make sure all common areas are clean.

· Check all rooms at end of shift and make sure all doors to the rooms are closed.

· Stock supply cart for next shift.

· Turn in lost & found immediately.

· Remove food trays from room hallways, dispose of all food and garbage.

· Report to Front desk and security any suspicious behavior on the floor.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:
- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)
