- Night Shifts (Start time 8 PM - 10PM , End time 2 AM - 5 AM)
- On-call availability
- 4-5 days per week

Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and dismantling equipment including plastic sheeting, ladders, and various cleaning tools.
- Inspecting kitchen exhaust systems for damage or defects before starting work, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Thoroughly cleaning kitchen exhaust systems, including fans, ducts, and hoods. This involves removing all grease buildup and ensuring cleanliness to the highest standards.
- Engaging in final kitchen clean-up tasks, such as wiping down hoods and mopping floors.

Requirements:
- Must be reliable and hardworking.
- Comfortable with working unconventional hours (night shifts).
- Ability to climb a 24-foot ladder to access restaurant rooftops.
- Valid driver’s license is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not mandatory.
