Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Night Housekeeper/Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents during overnight hours. Your compassionate caregiving skills will support residents’ needs through attentive assistance, and maintaining a comfortable home-like atmosphere.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of common areas, and facility spaces to uphold hygiene standards
- Provide personalized support to residents during overnight hours, including assistance with mobility, hygiene, and comfort needs
- Monitor residents’ safety throughout the night,



responding promptly to any emergencies or health concerns

Requirements

- Prior experience in assisted living or nursing home settings is highly preferred
- Robust background in senior care, including dementia care and working with individuals with disabilities
- Experience working as a caregiver or home care aide is advantageous
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a caring, positive attitude
- Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or equivalent is required or willing to obtain one
